Preorder items are made to order and require additional production time before shipping. Orders cannot be cancelled once an order has been placed.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order by:

- Using the chat box on our website
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the packaging (if available)
Once we review your case, you may choose one of the following:
- Refund – issued to your original payment method
- Replacement – we will send a replacement item at no additional cost
We do not require damaged items to be returned.
Non-Eligible Returns
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for items that are not damaged during transit.
